Refund Policy

All purchases of Rolex and other associated Rolex products products are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted unless the product has been listed erroneously on our behalf or has incurred damage while in shipment. In such an event, the item will be replaced or an exchange will be made. In the event that a replacement is unavailable or cannot be sourced, a full refund will be made and issued. Nothing is more important to us than your trust. We guarantee your timepiece is 100% authentic and as described or you will receive a full refund.

Leo’s Jewelry and Gifts owns all of our timepieces. Each and every watch has been thoroughly inspected before we offer it for sale.

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of  purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
